Damage via Postal
If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and let us know. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us within 3 days after the item(s) arrived. Do not throw away any packing materials and contact us immediately. The return shipping cost should be paid by customer. After we have received the defect item(s) and the defected item(s) is proved to be a damage via postal, we will send you new item(s) or have your money back. We will pay the cost of resending.
Due to numerous fraudulent purchases we no longer will ship without identification that matches the purchaser at time of delivery or if a different delivery address is requested - a scanned copy of the purchaser identification will be required before shipping.
* Shipping times listed are estimates as there are many factors that can delay shipping to your locaton. However, no one can guarantee the exact shipping time because it can be affected by many factors. If you cannot get your package within 3 weeks, please kindly let us know.
Please keep in mind racing drones are assembled as required and so there will be a shipping delay most of the time due to the nature of these items.
Items in stock will be shipped within 24-48 hours.
If item is not currently in stock there maybe a shipping delay due to restocking time. If item purchased becomes unavailable then we will contact our customer to make a substitute.
Due to the nature of products sold from this website, there is no warranty except for factory defective items which is determined by request of a return item for inpsection by our team.

This method of shipping is allowed only if you the customer has a Purolator account, when the order is completed you will be asked by E-Mail during processing for your Purolator account information if you have chosen Purolator as a prefered shipping method and your account will be charged for shipping.
