Published Product and Description:

While every attempt is made to have accurate information on our website, Drone Warehouse is not liable for any issues that may result from incorrect product details published on the Drone Warehouse web site. Please note that specifications and prices may change without notice. For confirmation of specifications, pricing or availability; please contact Drone Warehouse customer service directly.

Prices on website in are CAN funds.

Payment Terms:

  • Payments with credit card or debit will show on your statement as DataWest Computers.
  • Payment is available with PayPal.


Return Policy:

  • Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your Product Return (RMA) to be received, tested, processed and completed.  
  • The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by the packing slip included in your order, as well as the original documentation and packaging; otherwise the return will not be honored.
  • Returns are only for items that are defective .
  • Original condition means that item(s) are unused and there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the product and the security tags are still attached. The product must not have been sized or altered in any way.
  • Any and all identification numbers are recorded prior shipping items to customers.


No Warranty or Liability

  • Due to the nature of the products - Drone Warehouse will not provide warranty for any item purchasedmm you must contact the manufacturer of the item you purchased.
  • Any and all items sold in this store and their use is the responsibility of the owner of items purchased.
  • Drone Warehouse and any parent company will not be responsible for any action or causes from use of items purchased from our store.


Factory Defect

Dronewarehouse.ca does NOT provide factory warranty. If you have received your products with factory defect, please contact us within 3 days after the item(s) arrived. for RMA. The returned product(s) must be in new and unused condition and in its original package. The return shipping cost should be paid by the customer. After we have received the defect item(s) and the defected item(s) is proven to be a factory defect, we will send you new item(s) or refund your money back. We will pay the cost of shipping back item(s).


Damage via Postal:
If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and let us know. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us within 3 days after the item(s) arrived. Do not throw away any packing materials and contact us immediately. The return shipping cost should be paid by customer. After we have received the defect item(s) and the defected item(s) is proved to be a damage via postal, we will send you new item(s) or have your money back at our discretion.. We will pay the cost of resending.


Drone Warehouse Return Merchandise Authorization Terms and Conditions

To return a product to Drone Warehouse, you must get prior authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number ("RMA") from Drone Warehouse. To request a RMA, please contact us for support indicating the request and reason. Drone Warehouse will at its discretion approve the results of a RMA request based on information made available and our sole discretion of the item(s) returned.
